Refund and Returns Policy

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged
  • The product is defective
  • The wrong item was delivered

Due to the nature of children’s toys, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Minor variations in color or finish (natural wood products)

Return Request Timeline

  • You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

To request a return or replacement:

  1. Email us at support@yourdomain.com
  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Clear photos or videos of the issue

Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days.

Return Approval & Pickup

  • Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup or provide return instructions.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund timeline:

  • India: 5–7 business days
  • USA: 7–10 business days

Replacement

If eligible, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.
If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
  • If a return is caused by an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional charges may apply.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only before shipment.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
